Job Description

Job Summary:

• The Training Manager is responsible for the overall management of the training & development function. Leads training needs analysis and training curriculum design and implementation. Facilitates the implementation of people and competency programs. Coordinates and directs development plans for the employees and prepares the budget for the same.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
• Experienced in facilitating training programs (i.e. New Employee Orientation (NEO), GMP and 5S)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly personable, organised and highly adaptable.
• At least 2 years of training experience gained from restaurant industry a definite advantage
