Task & Responsibilities

• Learn what customers want from their travel experience
• Provide consultations on travel options
• Describe potential travel experiences
• Describe and offer travel packages
• Make recommendations to customers
• Book transport, such as airline, train or bus tickets, in addition to cruises, hotel rooms, activities and restaurant reservations
• Modify reservations upon request
• Determine the most cost-effective travel options
• Calculate the total cost of travel and booking fees
• Advise customers about travel preparations, precautions and entry requirements, such as passport or vaccination regulations
• Inform customers about local traditions, attractions and other points of interest
