Job Description - Workday Configuration Analyst

Job Title: Workday Integrations Analyst, City Storage Systems - APAC Who We Are At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. What You'll Do
Provide day to day support for Workday configurations including researching, identifying, and resolving complex Workday configuration issues.
Lead Workday configuration projects with varying levels of complexities from start to finish.
Work directly with key business users and stakeholders to gather requirements for configurations.
Own the full configuration development life cycle that includes requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy and maintain.
Build Workday configuration solutions (Business Processes, Reporting, Security, etc).
Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of configurations.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of relevant technical 'Workday Experience'.
Prior experience in working with platforms and softwares such as 'Workday, SAAS, and JIRA'.
Solid stakeholder management skills and interest in working across different teams.
Experience working with 'US benefits and payroll experience is a plus'.
