Position: Senior Front End Engineer

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), flexible 8 working hours with 3-4 hours overlap during client's time zone (GMT, Ireland time zone)

Pay Range: 3,800 - 4,800 USD/month

Responsibilities:

• Develop complex and interactive web applications using modern front-end technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Design scalable and maintainable front-end architectures aligned with system architecture and business requirements, fostering long-term sustainability.
• Optimize web applications for peak performance, ensuring swift load times, seamless animations, and overall responsiveness to enhance user satisfaction.
• Implement best practices in front-end development, emphasizing modularization, code reusability, and maintainability to facilitate efficient collaboration and codebase management.
• Collaborate closely with back-end engineers to integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs, ensuring smooth interoperability and data flow.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to contribute to team alignment and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends, technologies, and best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team, promoting growth and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in front-end development with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Proficiency in React.js; familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and proficiency in crafting optimized code.
• Knowledge of Software Architecture Patterns and Design Principles.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, etc.
• Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit tests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Bonus Qualification:

• Exposure with Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, AWS services.
• Experience in building SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Previous experience in the HealthCare industry.
• Proficiency in using prototype tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
