We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Operator based in the Philippines to join our Operations team as an Account Management Assistant. The ideal candidate will be committed and eager to grow in their career. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with hospital leaders through open and interactive communication.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings between the Flint team and hospital leadership, ensuring all parties are informed and available.
- Collaborate with the company sales, recruitment, immigration, and finance teams to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment in servicing client accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials, including progress reports, discovery questions, and upsell proposals.
- Document meeting outcomes, action items, and next steps, as well as generate reports on account performance and trends.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments made during meetings, coordinating with internal teams as needed to deliver customer value.
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for hospital leaders, handling inquiries, scheduling requests, and relaying messages between the Flint team and hospital stakeholders.
- Provide responsive and proactive support to hospital leaders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback received, and progress made in client accounts using Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Pipedrive.
- Build dashboards, automations & workflows to save time, create internal visibility & delivery customer value.
- Provide general administrative support to the Account Manager, including managing expenses, arranging travel, and handling other tasks as needed
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and efficient manner
- Utilize tools like Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, and Airtable proficiently to streamline workflows and manage tasks effectively
- Assist in organizing and maintaining customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in Startup account management, operations, or related functions
- Previous experience with project management
