Job Overview As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will leverage your extensive experience in public accounting and private industry practice to oversee all aspects of financial management, and compliance with accounting standards. The role reports directly to the CFO. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team in managing financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls.
• Manage tax planning activities and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Implement and maintain financial software and systems.
• Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial insights.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in accounting practice, with at least 2 years of working in an auditing firm.
• Proven track record of leadership and management in an accounting firm or corporate environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
