What you’ll be doing :

  • Timely response to all purchasing needs; Includes sourcing of qualified vendors
  • Ensure management and maintenance of all company assets.
  • Cost savings; proper recording of assets.
  • Process the necessary permits and licenses of the company’s locations, both existing and newly opened ones.
  • Assists in the following Admin Tasks:
  • Supplies and Inventory Monitoring, coordinating with vendors/suppliers as necessary.
  • Assets and Properties Management, ensuring efficient and timely acquisition.
  • Company events management and making necessary arrangements.
  • Looking for new business sites and negotiating with involved parties.

What you’ll need to bring :

  • Bachelor's degree holder, any course
  • Above average English and Filipino communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to General Admin work (ex. Events & Office Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Site Scouting) and permits and licenses processing.
  • Must have experience in purchasing and asset management.
  • Willing to render fieldwork.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • Can start ASAP.
