Meet the team:

 

Dexcom is seeking a Business Analyst (Supply Chain Management) with additional Project or Workstream leadership experience. The candidate must have experience of cross-application implementations covering Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, or Customer Technical Support. Must be an excellent communicator who is at ease leading requirements / process mapping / process design workshops. Experience gained on a CRM (SalesForce) or an ERP (Oracle) project would be advantageous. Must be a self-starter with proven 10+ years full-time in a BA role with 3 of that as a senior. The role will support multiple APAC IT projects and may act as project lead for small projects when required. Matrix management to EMEA and alignment with global Dexcom processes

Where you come in:

• You will own the end-to-end Business Analysis model and all supporting document templates.

• You will provide guidance and leadership to more junior Business Analysts.

• You will facilitate the capture / definition / documentation of detailed business process maps with cross-functional stakeholders.

• You will define accurate and concise user stories / business requirements.

• You will provide general Business Analyst and Business Change Management support for all APAC enterprise application projects and system enhancements.

• You act as a single-point-of-contact for SMEs in representing processes and requirements to technical teams.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering via Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.

• You will drive execution of assigned project deliverables.

• You will lead small to medium sized IT projects when required.

• You understand technical, resource and schedule implications of business decisions.

• You will work with stakeholders to determine project timing and resourcing requirements.

• You will monitor execution and report status, risks and issues to the Project/Program Manager.

• Additional duties as assigned.

What makes you successful:

• Your 3+ years experience of Supply Chain Management processes

• Your significant experience facilitating workshops for business requirements/business process capture, “to be” process design, organizational change impact.

• Your strong strategic thinking skills; understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team.

• Your experience with enterprise-level application development projects and working with multi-discipline, globally distributed teams.

• Your understanding of Supply Chain related data models and how that data is used.

• Your experience of developing a full business analysis model with associated use of tools and templates.

• Your experience with Agile and Hybrid methodologies.

• Your experience in conducting Level of Effort analyses, bottom-up project planning.

• Your 10+ years of experience in an IT applications Business Analyst role.

• Your 3+ years experience of being a Senior Business Analyst.

• Your hands-on experience using JIRA or equivalent.

• Your logistics and Supply Chain experience.

• Your experience with enterprise CRMs (Salesforce) and ERP systems(Oracle) as well as CONGA and FLUENT.

• Your medical device and/or pharmaceutical experience ideal.

• Your vendor Management experience.
