Assistant Management Accountant

Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting)

• Responsible for month-end processes such as depreciation, lease adjustments, petty cash.
• Prepare and post general prepayments, accruals and fixed assets depreciation.
• Preparing the bank reconciliations for month-end.
• Responsible for month-end reports update and assist the Management Accountant with Income Statement and Balance Sheet variance analysis.
• Prepare VAT reports on monthly basis and liaise with external consultants.
• Responsible for preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations of several entities.
• Prepare the weekly cash-flow for several entities and update the global cash-flow file.
• Liaise with external advisors on monthly basis regarding local accounting and compliance queries.
• Participate and assists the Senior Management Accountant in the preparation of annual accounts and audits.
• Assist senior management accountant with different queries that may arise.

• Able to work and integrate in a multinational team, but also works very well independently when needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting and Finance or Business Administration. Candidates who are looking to gain professional accounting qualifications will also be considered.
• Excel knowledge, must be proficient and able to work independently with Pivot Tables, VLookups.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 is an added advantage.
