BPO Quality Assurance - Healthcare (Specialist/Lead/Manager)

Position: BPO Quality Assurance - Healthcare

Engagement: Direct Hire / Permanent / Full Time

Note : We have an opening for Specialist role, Team Lead/Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Managerial level for Quality - Healthcare

Summary :

• Responsible for evaluating the performance of our call center staff.
• Provides critical support to the Call Center Leader in the support and management of overall call center operations.
• Monitors calls and gives trend statistics, quality reports, and comments.
• Maintain and improve internal support and call center quality assurance standards.
• Monitoring and analyzing customer interactions while ensuring consistent compliance with internal and external regulations.

Qualifications:

• Quality experience handling US Healthcare 
• Experience in Claims, Clinical Appeals, Billing, Benefits Eligibility > preferably RCM, UMR and prior authorization 
• Six Sigma knowledge (advantage)
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
