CAD / REVIT Engineer

PMEDI PHP 2020 LTD.INC is looking for a CAD / Revit Engineer to join our Team. CAD Engineer Must Be

• Mechanical Engineer or Postgraduate
• CAD Engineer with at least 5 Years experience on MEP Design & Revit
• Must be 25 to 40 years old.

SALARY PACKAGE ₱28,000 to ₱45,000 Working within office at Alabang Madrigal Business Park II All Philippines Public / National holidays Plus additional annual leave included. Private Healthcare - Contribution to Maxicare Healthcare Corporation is included within your contract of employment based on the below:- Plan Type: Bronze  Room & Board: Ward  Annual Check Up: Routine (Clinic) DUTIES

• Provide support to Engineering staff via the production or modification of computer aided drawings.
• Experience and knowledge of creating & understanding Mechanical, Electrical and Public health services experience essential.
• Deliver coordinated engineering design drawings and be fully conversant with all aspects of AutoCAD & Revit.
• Implement Quality Control processes.
• Sketch and draft designs using input from engineers and architects on the team.
• Create designs in line with company procedure, regulations and client standards.
• Submit drawings to upper management and construction teams.
• Take responsibility of coordination within drawings, delivering to the highest of standards.

Qualifications

• Full understanding of international & UK CAD/REVIT standards.
• Minimum of 5 years building services experience.
• Knowledge of CAD including layering, XRef's, Paper space and model space conversions.
• Possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel etc
• Perform effectively to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Proven ability to identify, analyse, and solve problems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and be a reliable self starter.
• Proven competence in working with others in a team effort.
• Very High Level of verbal and written English skills required.
• Be able to manage a small CAD team.
• Has worked on UK standards for Revit MEP or in the UK.
• Can train less experienced CAD technicians to meet company goals and standards.
• Can work extended hours on tight project deadlines with prior notice.
