Call Center Agent (Healthcare Customer Service Associate- Makati)

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting highly skilled and detail-oriented professionals for the role of Customer Service Associate. To be considered for this position, you should either be a graduate of any allied medical course or have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare or HMO setting. Additionally, it is essential to possess good English written and oral communication skills. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be engaged in virtual processing, with an onsite position located in Makati. The work schedule follows a dayshift, gliding shift pattern from 8 am to 5 pm. In addition to the base salary and benefits, the client provides production-based incentives. Specific details regarding the incentives will be provided directly by the client. If you meet the qualifications outlined above, you can anticipate receiving communication for an interview within 24-72 business hours. The communication will initially be conducted via a phone call. In the event that you are unable to answer the call, a follow-up text message and/or an email will be sent to ensure proper communication and scheduling of the interview.
