As the Chief of Pediatric Pathology, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of pediatric pathology services, including diagnostic evaluation and interpretation of pediatric specimens, quality assurance, research, and teaching.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all pediatric pathology services, including diagnostic evaluation and interpretation of pediatric specimens.

Provide leadership and guidance to the pathology team, including pathologists and laboratory staff.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnoses.

Contribute to research and teaching activities in pediatric pathology.

Stay updated with advancements in pediatric pathology and contribute to professional development.

Job Requirements:

Board-certified in Anatomic Pathology and Pediatric Pathology.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric pathology.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of research and teaching.

Knowledge of current guidelines and best practices in pediatric pathology.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
