The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Kindred will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technology strategy at Kindred. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in technology, innovation, and a passion for improving women's health through cutting-edge solutions.

As the CTO, you will be responsible in the following areas:

• Technology Strategy – Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with Kindred's overall business objectives. Drive innovation in healthcare technology and femtech solutions to enhance our product offerings.
• Technology Infrastructure – Design and implement a scalable and secure technology infrastructure that supports Kindred's current and future needs. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement in our tech stack.
• Product Development – Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market demands and user needs.
• Risk Management – Identify potential technology risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard against data breaches and system failures. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Data Security and Privacy – Establish and enforce robust data security and privacy measures to safeguard sensitive healthcare information. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to healthcare data.
• Team Leadership – Lead and inspire a high-performing technology team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders – Work closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with overall business goals. Collaborate with other departments to enhance internal processes and optimize cross-functional workflows.
