The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technology leader in the tech, healthcare or femtech industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading and growing high-performing technology teams.
• Experience in product development and innovation, with a focus on user-centric design.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare and data privacy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
