Job Description - Clinical Operations Representative

Monitor wait room, Cue Clinic case queues, and escalated calls from Customer Service
- Examples:
  - Patients in waiting room 20 minutes
  - Patient is in held status
  - I want to update my delivery address for my prescription
  - I have a registration issue
  - I would like to cancel my order
  - I am an HCP and having problems with the tool
  - Delivery driver has a problem with pickup
  - Prescription has not been delivered

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1 year of operations, customer service, and /or performance improvement experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in verbal and written format.
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge in Health Care Operations/Scientific/Medical Device/Diagnostics/Biotech/Pharmaceutical, FDA knowledge preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
Familiarity working Electronic Health Records (EHR)/ Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform preferred.
