Construction Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer)

The incumbent manages and directs all activities of the corporate project management of Expansion Team. Manages effectively the daily operations and on going projects of the section, ensuring that costs are within budget and on time. Ensures implementation and provide solution to project- related issues. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes of projects and works cooperatively and jointly to provide strategic direction of all projects.

Skills/Competencies and Personal Attributes:

• Make site inspections for all projects and offer suggestions to address 
  challenges as well as enhance procedures across several project sites.
• Offer technical evaluations and suggestions for building or project issues relating to management.
• As the Operations' representative, participate in project management meetings with the owners and principals of contractors.
• Collaborate with all Executives from different Departments or Divisions to guide projects toward success.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years work experience as Project Engineer or Technical Assistant to the Executive Leader
• At least 3 years' experience in supervisory position in corporate project management in institution in hospital or related setting.
• Background in construction management of high-rise/vertical projects is an advantage.
• Attainment of relevant certifications and professional networking via involvement in industry groups.
• Willing to work on holidays and weekends.
• Willing to start ASAP.
