Description : Handles telephone inquiries and provides corresponding assistance promptly. Prepares the patient Information sheets of phone-in reports of hospital admissions. Coordinates with the Underwriting Department and the Revenue Management Department to verify the membership and payment status of members who are availing their benefits whether in-patient or out-patient basis. Receives and logs customer complaints using the specified form and tries to deliver solutions/actions to these complaints. Assist internal customers to their various concerns. Requirements: Graduate of any 4- year course. Must have experience in BPO, customer assistance, call center handling. With experience in an Insurance or healthcare account is advantage!
