ISTA Personnel Solutions is currently looking for Customer Service Representative who are interested in starting their career in the BPO industry, this position entails back-office work dealing with a US-based Client. Interested candidates must comply with our work conditions before applying.

Responsibilities:

• Handles in credentialing new practitioners 
• Ensuring that the medical staff members' maintain current credentials and licenses to work legally in their field or specialty 
• To monitor upcoming renewal dates 
• To do the verification of some required documents online
• Meet and exceed individual and team target
• Collaborate with client and point of contact to improve overall process 

Requirements

• At least 6months Healthcare experience
• Credentialing or Healthcare administration experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must be willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule
