Job Description

Our client is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to collaborate directly with their management team on financial planning and routine accounting responsibilities. As a growing small business, our client’s priorities include enhancing profitability, managing cash flows/working capital, developing and tracking budgets, reducing days for and improving processes related to receivables, reporting and managing to KPIs, and establishing robust financial controls for special projects/expenses.

 

Here’s an overview of the role:

Employment type: Full time

Shift: Night Shift, Mon – Fri 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM PHT (Semi Flexible Shift)

Work setup: Permanent WFH

You will need these to be successful in your role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel analysis skills
• Preference for familiarity with SAGE MAS 100

You will be responsible for:

• Logging transactions in the ERP and reconciliation with monthly bank statements
• Paying bills, including wire transfers, checks, credit cards and payroll runs
• Managing accounts receivable and following up with customers for payments
• Managing cash balances in various company bank accounts
• Preparing annual budgets and tracking against actuals
• Documenting and improvement financial processes
• Establishing financial controls and protections
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements for management, bankers, and tax preparers
