Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (10 PM - 6 AM)

Salary Range: 900 - 1,500 USD per month

The company is a fully-integrated real estate investment firm that is focused on the senior living industry. Located in Dallas, thencompany's leadership has over 50 years’ of experience in senior living. We are nimble and entrepreneurial.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities as needed for financial analysis purposes.
• Organize and maintain files and documents in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct research on various financial topics and compile findings into comprehensive reports.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor status reports, asset management reports, and dashboards.
• Manage key dates for Meisinger renewals and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Help process background checks for new hire employees in the US, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Proactively manage calendars and priorities for the team, ensuring efficient scheduling and allocation of resources.
• Provide briefing and background materials to managing partners for key meetings in appropriate formats as requested.
• Act as a proxy for communications and approvals when authorized, answering general questions and redirecting routine matters to other parties as needed.
• Resolve issues within specified policies and guidelines, determining when managing partner action is required.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Has 2+ experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, hire will be trained with the client's CRM tool
• with good English speaking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
