Responsibilities: Deliver Foundation Skills and Program/Product Specific Training within the required period using adult learning methodologies. * Monitor Trainee/learner process in Classroom and Transition Bay * Implement strict adherance to VKPO's COD, Training Agreement and Policies Maintain and update modules and other training materials Identify training needs based on current agent performance and recommend training solutions to address them. Maintain product knowledge by attending calibration sessions and CPRM Willing contribute to and participate during other assignments as required Be the forefront of Employee development, and cultivate a culture of excellence amongst employees Exhibit adeptness in leading discussions, creating rapport, handling objections, managing difficult behaviors and using appropriate feedback methods. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training management, preferably in the healthcare industry with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management. In-depth knowledge of RCM processes, including billing, coding, collections, and claims processing. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
