Homecare Nurse

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status during home visits.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Experienced Nursing Professional: Eligibility to attain License in DOH as RN Nurse and Practical Nurse
• Valid nursing license from the Department of Health (DOH) in the UAE.
• Proficient in clinical skills, including wound care, medication administration, and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs.
• Knowledge of home healthcare practices and regulations.
