Job Description

  1. Oversee all HR processes in the region, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, equipment, document & file management, compliance, and payroll.
  2. Enhance the employee value proposition and employer brand through innovative recruitment strategies and practices.
  3. Lead regional recruitment activities, engage with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  4. Manage onboarding & induction activities, automate processes, and support performance review processes.
  5. Identify retention challenges and opportunities, foster a positive workplace culture, and resolve employee concerns.
  6. Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, develop HR solutions, and ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
  7. Manage employee-related documents, streamline payroll processes, and maintain HR process documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and develop long-term strategies for organizational growth.
  2. Proficiency in managing employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
  3. Strong understanding of Philippines employment laws, change management, and HR metrics analysis.
  4. Experience in building effective partnerships, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to mediate conflicts and facilitate difficult conversations.
  6. Information security accountability and adherence to ISMS guidelines.
