Industrial Engineer

Process Audit Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing hospital processes audits. Including evaluating and improving processes to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and organizational goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Communicates and coordinates directly with Quality Circle POCs, DLSMC Leaders, and Management about scheduling and conducting of audit activities.

· Coordinates with the concerned DLSMC Leaders in scheduling and conducting audit activities.

· Builds strong relationships and close collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate preventive & corrective actions.

· Ability to work in collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Demonstrates integrity, diplomacy, and negotiation skills.

· Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction by properly addressing and timely responding to customer's requests and queries.

· Ensures hospital-wide compliance to regulations, standards, and protocols on government regulatory and accreditations.

· Updates the corresponding reports in relations to Licenses & permits.

· Conducts business process audit and training to all DLSMC stakeholders.

· Ensures complete requirements gathering and submission of the compliance documents to government agencies.

· Develops and implements an annual audit plan aligned to organizational priorities and risk assessments.

· Conducts audits across the clinical, operational, and administrative areas to assess compliance and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risk, and opportunities for improvement.

· Develops comprehensive reports such as audit findings & reports regarding analysis of audit findings and trends for presentation to management.

· Tracks and monitors progress of Incident Reports ensuring timely resolution and progress.

· Prepares the hospital in aligning practices with internationally recognized/best-in class excellence criteria.

Facilitates and documents process reviews and improvement of critical processes based on feedback and operational results

Educational Attainment: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering

Job Experience: Having experience in healthcare setting is a competitive advantage.
