We are looking for a candidate with experience in providing support across different areas, such as: creating and executing projects related to Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and virtualization; overseeing enterprise customer-facing applications, computing platforms, and systems.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

• Minimum of 3 years experience in supporting any of the following fields:
  • Experience in designing and implementing projects related to Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and virtualization.
  • Enterprise customer-facing application, computing platforms, and systems; or
  • L3 and L4 Application troubleshooting experience with the ability to identify and document the root cause of application issues.
• Strong analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skills, ability to apply critical thinking and a sense of urgency for troubleshooting incidents and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to management, team members, application owners and technology professionals.
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills (English) with both technical and non-technical colleagues from geographically distributed teams on all organizational levels.
• Experience leading and delivering projects.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
