Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, preferably ServiceNow, and at least 5 years of experience in a shared services or global operations environment. Additionally, you should have an understanding of contemporary digital technologies and concepts such as ICT Networks, Security and Authentication, End User Computing, Virtualized Environments, and Cloud Computing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against project milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices, and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a shared services or global operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with preference given to those with experience in ServiceNow.
• Understanding of contemporary digital technologies and concepts such as ICT Networks, Security and Authentication, End User Computing, Virtualised Environments, and Cloud Computing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
• Proficiency in risk management, change management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
