Learning and Development Partner
Accountable for the implementation of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) Framework across Operations and Sales Division.
A. Training Needs Analysis
- Conducts TNA and prepares TNA reports.
B. Design and Development
- Assists and coordinates learning and development programs designs for e-learning and instructor-led training.
- Develops learning materials using various platforms and methodologies.
- Develops, standardizes and reviews the training materials.
C. Program Implementation
- Delivers L&D solutions to support team’s needs and development outlined in the overall L&D strategy using a blend of methodologies including e-learning, self managed learning, remote delivery, management cascade, classroom and on job learning as appropriate.
D. Program Evaluation and Reporting
- Undertakes evaluation of all L&D interventions and prepares reports of training sessions conducted.
Job Responsibility:
- Reviews, monitors and prepares reports on participants’ attendance and program completion based on curriculum and ensures timely submission to Immediate Superior.
- Collates data, analyzes, prepares the Post Program Evaluation results report and submits to Immediate Superior.
- Reviews and ensures accurate maintenance and timely update of the individual employee training file, presentation materials, records and documents of the unit.
- Gathers data, prepares and submits the Calendar of Programs for the year to Immediate Superior.
- Facilitates various training interventions and programs for new and existing employees under Operations and Sales Division such as: Onboarding Program for New Hires, Products/Processes/Systems Knowledge Training, Refresher Courses, and Revalida, Learning Needs Analysis, Continuous Capability Development Programs
Job Qualification/s:
- College Graduate of Medical Allied Courses or relevant.
- At least 1-3 years of experience relevant to Learning and Development
- Background in healthcare and/or health insurance industry is an advantage.
- Skilled in the following: knowledgeable in L&D process, ADDIE model, methodologies, good communication, organized, strategic, results driven, innovative, etc.
