The holder of this role manages and oversees the Employee Engagement and Retention activities of the process. The role also ensures that all HR activities are carried out as planned with no short fall in TAT thereby ensuring the highest levels of employee engagement and employee satisfaction in the process.

EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ESSESNTIAL/DESIRED)

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate (4 or 5 years course completed)

• Working knowledge of labor laws.

• 4 to 6 years' experience in an HR generalist role, (BPO experience would be preferred).
