Job Description - Non-Clinical Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Non-Clinical Recruiter to join our team! The Non-Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals for various non-clinical positions within our organization. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and candidate profiles for non-clinical roles.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to build a diverse candidate pool.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a non-clinical or corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and online sourcing methods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proactive attitude, with a passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
