Operations Manager

This is a full-time Healthcare Operations Manager role located in Pasig. As the Healthcare Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare team, ensuring that all operations are efficient and compliant with industry regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring that they stay motivated and on track. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with focus on Revenue Cycle Management in the healthcare industry.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, claims processing, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas
