Outbound CSR for Healthcare Account STW

Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

• Processing and following up medical claims, identifying denial reasons for medical procedures, treatments, medication, etc 
• Providing accurate information to clients regarding the coverage of their benefits. 
• Coordinating with insurance providers regarding issues in payments and billing 

Requirements

• At least 1 year BPO experience in a Healthcare Account
• Experience in handling insurance claims
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Able to type on an average of 40 words per minute
• Willing to work onsite in SHAW, MANDALUYONG
• Amenable working night shift
