• Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits operations in Manila and across the Asia Pacific region, including Shanghai, Japan, India, South Korea, and Hong Kong
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of employee bank accounts, ensuring seamless banking services
• Oversee benefits administration, including healthcare, life insurance, and leave management

• Serve as the point of contact for local labor and foreign registration offices, ensure Labor Law and Company policies compliance across the region
• Facilitate smooth transitions and compliance with immigration and employment laws
• Handle onboarding and offboarding administrative process
• Actively engage with stakeholders, influence leaders to ensure compliance, and maintain strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration
• Analyze current processes, anticipate future challenges, and implement scalable solutions to ensure our operations remain relevant and effective

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a comparable qualification
• 3+ years of experience in handling Compensation and Benefits, Labor Law and HR Administration in a multinational company
• Atleast 1 year experience in Global Mobility, Immigration Laws, APAC Employment law and taxation
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Package - Excel, Word, PPT
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of international working set-up, employment law, immigration, tax, and social security
• Demonstrate an excellent ability to manage stakeholders and influence leaders
• Ability to analyze current processes, anticipate future challenges, and implement scalable solutions to meet evolving business needs
• Strong focus on accuracy and compliance, with a meticulous approach to reviewing processes and identifying discrepancies
