What you’ll do:

1. Support Site Leader in Product Strategy Development

Enable technology solutions across their site(s) based on the segment strategy.

Align and execute 0-5 years product strategy for their site(s).

Responsible for ensuring that Plant Product Roadmap aligned with Business strategic roadmap for the segment, Understand the business’s needs and priorities for the product.

Maximizes ROI by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value.

Ensures every local product mapped to standard product category to drive business value thru standardization and optimization.

Accountable for Cybersecurity/TLM strategy roadmap incorporated into segment product roadmap.

2. Manage Relationship with Site Business leaders, Local change control and Assess GXP impact

a. Work across the senior Site business leaders to set/influence supply chain strategy and ensure strategic SC-BT alignment and partnership.

b. Partners with supply chain business functions to shape and deliver business capabilities for the site while ensuring reliable, compliant, and secure environment.

c. Single Point of Contact for the Site Business Leadership and Site business and technology stakeholders

d. Attend the local change control board and assess GxP impact.

3. Help in managing overall Operational efficiencies, ensuring reliable cost-efficient environment by performing RCA (True RCA & SLA), Incident management, MTTR, trending & insights.

4. Coordinate including ALM/TLM, Cybersecurity, Audit, Asset Management, Local Change Control, ITSM, Quad Meeting, etc. in collaboration with Business, ISRM and TS/MLL team.

Basic Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience Manufacturing site IT Management

· Experience in Supply Chain IT (specifically Manufacturing site IT including GxP) work experience. Experience with customer’s Supply Chain IT is a strong plus.

· Worked as a IT/Plant Manager for Manufacturing Site.

· Good understanding of Product strategy development.

· Sound Knowledge of Financial Management.

The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is [$ 76,200 - $178,290 /yr].This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that is allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law
