In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates within specified geographical areas. Utilizing your expertise in candidate tracking through CRM systems, you'll ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. Additionally, you'll facilitate the acquisition of necessary documents using innovative document signing systems. Shift: Mid shift Mon - Fri 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Work Setup: Onsite, Alabang

  • Proficient written and spoken English and grammar skills.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor ability to engage in chat, polite, and confident communication, especially during phone or video chat interactions with candidates.
  • Efficiency, organization, and task-driven personality suit the role well.

Nurturing Compassion: Your Role in Healthcare Excellence

  • Write and publish quality job adverts on various systems, social media boards, job aggregator boards, etc., on a weekly basis, and track their effectiveness.
  • Pre-screen potential candidates and schedule interviews with team members via phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Select candidates for interviews and schedule them using Google, Teams, and calendar systems.
  • Manage the selection of appropriate applicants living in specified geographical areas and reject those who do not meet specific criteria.
  • Use different CRM systems to track candidates with manual input.
  • Obtain relevant documents for candidates using a document signing system.
  • Obtain professional and personal references for each candidate selected for training.
  • Create online employee files using a specific template and ensure paperwork correctness for compliance, using Microsoft Teams.
  • Onboard and track online training using the specified learning system.
  • Onboard Care Professionals to the People Planner CRM system.
  • Review and sign off on daily task sheets and provide feedback to the care manager.
  • Generate a report of findings detailing any concerns and changes to clients that the Care Manager needs to address.
  • Contact Care Professionals who need to improve the quality of task logs.
  • Assist with weekly/monthly reporting for auditing purposes.
  • Monitor daily clock-ins and outs of employee visitations.
  • Exercise discretion as the role involves access to sensitive information.
  • Utilize systems including Microsoft 365/Teams, Monday.com, Calendly, SmartRecruiter portal, Firetext portal, and Peopleplanner portal.
