We are looking for an onsite Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
A successful recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter has Technical Recruitment background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-End Recruitment
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work.”
Initiatives
- Think out-of-the-box to improve the CoreDev employer brand and recruiting processes
- Assist other internal teams with special projects or tasks on occasion
- Co-lead or assist in small recruitment initiatives

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Proven work experience in a full-cycle recruiter or similar role, preferably with at least 10 months of experience in technical and eCommerce recruitment
- A good Client Management skill to ensure nurturing doesn't only happen for the candidate pipeline but also for our Clients and Hiring Managers
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks such as Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, Github
- Desire to work in a culturally and intellectually diverse workforce and understanding of the need for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and hiring
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Amendable working onsite prior to transitioning to a Hybrid setup
