Healthcare Record Reviewer

As a Healthcare Record Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in examining and analyzing medical records from a remote setting to ensure their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This position is vital for maintaining the integrity of medical documentation and supporting high-quality healthcare services from a distance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit patient records remotely to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers via digital tools to improve documentation.
• Generate and submit detailed reports on findings and issues electronically.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and security of medical records as per HIPAA and other laws.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations relevant to remote work and apply necessary changes.
• Participate in remote quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Train and support new staff remotely on record-keeping protocols.
• Efficiently use specialized software for managing tasks.
