The Role:

As a Healthcare Virtual Assistant you will play a crucial role in in the healthcare setting ensuring the precise documentation of medical records and providing vital support to healthcare professionals during patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Record comprehensive patient medical histories symptoms prior diagnoses and relevant health information.

· Document healthcare provider assessments followup directives and prescribed treatments accurately.

· Transcribe verbal orders and medical dictations pertaining to patient orders such as laboratory tests and medications.

· Coordinate communication among healthcare providers patients and other professionals to facilitate seamless care delivery.

· Maintain the accuracy of medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.

· Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

· Possesses 25 years of experience as Healthcare Virtual Assistant preferably with Australian clients.

· Proficient in medical terminology.

· Demonstrates outstanding English communication skills both verbal and written

· A healthcarerelated degree is highly preferred.

· Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations

· Solid organisational & time management skills with keen attention to detail.

· Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

· Comfortable with technology and proficient in computer use.
