Job Description - Property Management Assistant

  • Work for this Australian residential real estate company.
  • The offer is inclusive of HMO for you and your dependent within the first month (with Covid insurance coverage). 
  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
  • PHP 30,000 to 35,000 per month
  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As the Property Management Assistant, you will report to the Property Manager who is based in Australia to provide administrative and marketing support to the whole team so that they may achieve their objectives in an effective and efficient manner, and to ensure excellent client and customer management is provided throughout. 

Key Responsibilities 

Execute daily scheduled tasks and provide full administration support for streamlined operations in areas including, but not limited to the following:

  • Manage arrears for rent, bond, and invoice.
  • Handle lease renewal and application processes.
  • Complete references for other agencies.
  • Manage bill uploads and invoicing.
  • Manage follow-ups on maintenance issues.
  • Ensure communications are all responded to in a timely manner.
  • Daily coordination of completed tasks with the property manager.

Position Prerequisites

Experience & Software

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with PropertyMe, IRE Property Management software, and Ignite or similar platforms
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls
  • Experience in Real Estate and Property Management
  • Experience working with an Australian real estate company is preferred

Skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
  • Data entry speed and accuracy, intermediate computer literacy
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google apps
  • High initiative with exceptional ability to solve problems on your own
  • Willing to learn and open to do administrative work
