Job Description

As the Senior Associate, Investment Management you will be capable of running small to medium-sized projects and they begin to take on soft management responsibilities of training Associates. The goal for this role is to continue to learn and apply basic Investment Management + Operations principles.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

You will have a strong understanding of the overall media marketplace and partner landscape

You will have deep understanding of agency investment tools

You will bring a basic understanding of partnership opportunities, deals and terms

You will bring a basic understanding of agency Terms + Conditions and media partner contracting process

Day-to-Day

You will be responsible for the oversight and accuracy of campaign set-up and stewardship in agency media buying platform

You will be accountable for accuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partners

You will be accountable for on-budget delivery of media investment

You will be accountable for the actualization and reconciliation of media investment

You will be responsible for reconciling invoices, client media billing reports, partner payment mitigation and resolution.

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of Marketplace Value workbooks

You will be responsible for campaign closures

You may be responsible for training and mentoring of Associates

Qualifications

2+ years of media planning and/or buying

1+ years media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean, etc…)

1+ years experience MS Excel & PowerPoint

0-1+ years previous pharma media experience, across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer)
