  • CSR experience with non-local accounts, preferred.
  • 3 months contract for AU Healthcare Account.
  • Preferably someone flexible with shifting schedules with Saturday and Sunday shifts.
  • Australian account with Monday – Friday schedule, morning shift.
  • At least 1 year experience handling a non-local collections account.
  • Effective communicator in the English language.

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Credit Officer to join our Australian mortgage broker support

team.

The Credit Officer plays a crucial role in the loan origination process by assessing the creditworthiness and

eligibility of potential borrowers. They ensure that all necessary supporting documents are accurate and

complete before the loan is submitted to the selected Lender for approval.

This position requires a keen eye for detail, confident communication skills, and a thorough understanding of mortgage lending and credit assessment processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in mortgage credit assessment (Australian mortgage experience preferred).
  • Experience with mortgage serviceability calculators.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of lending principles, credit assessment, and regulatory requirements, for example, NCCP, Privacy, AML/KYC, and Responsible Lending.
  • Advanced mortgage broker support skills.
  • Confident spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to work with our Australian client.

You will collaborate with the Director and a team of Sub-Consultants on a variety of interesting costing projects, mainly within south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales.

The work involves costing projects from concept through to construction documentation stage, as well as for building maintenance and asset management purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools for quantity surveying (for example, Cubit Pro, BuildSoft, Access, Excel, and Word)
  • Confident and concise written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • BIM (Building Information Modelling) experience would be advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Australian local Government operations would be helpful.
  • Membership of professional body for Quantity or Chartered Surveyors highly regarded
