Senior Compliance Analyst / Compliance Management Analyst II

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH), Nightshift - EST

Site Location: Centris - Quezon City

 

Supports the global strategic plan and culture of the Legal and Compliance division, by monitoring and ensure compliance of regulatory and/or contractual compliance regarding specific operations and regulations which may include, but are not limited to: Healthcare, Telecommunications, Specialty areas, other specific industries, monitoring and remediation, licensing and Consumer Affairs.

Responsibilities:

 

• Maintain oversight and establish controls to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, identifying and resolving risks of non-compliance.
•  Design, develop, and implement accurate reports to address current and future compliance performance, needs, and regulatory/client requirements
• Analyze reports and makes recommendations on possible solutions to senior leadership or clients to improve maintenance of all compliance areas and compliance.
• Serve as subject-matter-expert on assigned compliance topics and provide input regarding all Requests for Proposals and changes to business strategy to identify compliance matters and ensure controls exist or can be implemented.
• Develop creative and ethical solutions to ensure compliance effectiveness, including identifying and defining improvements to decrease compliance expenses, fines, penalties and improve methods utilized in compliance monitoring.

Qualifications:

 

• 3-5 years of combined experience in one or more of the following fields: BPO audit and assessment completion, reporting and tracking, compliance and risk management practices, laws and regulations for major/relevant industry
