What are our wishes?

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• At least 3 years experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Certification in data science or related fields.
• Industry-specific domain knowledge in healthcare and manufacturing is a plus.

Data Collection and Preprocessing:

• Gather and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  Develop data pipelines and workflows to automate data collection and processing.

Data Analysis and Modeling:

• Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from data.
  
• Build and train predictive and prescriptive models to solve business problems.

Data Visualization:

• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
  Translate complex analytical results into easily understandable visual representations.
  Reporting and Presentation:
• Prepare reports and presentations to convey data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and analytics.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team

Data Governance and Security:

• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Implement data governance practices to maintain data integrity.

Software Engineering:

• Able to advise and support on strategy and development of machine learning and big datarelated backend work.
• Maintaining data pipeline and Operationalizing machine learning models.
