Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts within the healthcare sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for recruitment and the ability to source and attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to the healthcare industry.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and meet their hiring needs.
• Leverage various sourcing techniques and platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed on trends and developments within healthcare recruitment.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior recruitment team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on healthcare roles.
• Proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
