Meet the team:
Oversee both the Project Management Office (PMO) and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) functions within our organization. This strategic leadership position requires a candidate with a proven track record in project management, process improvement, and software quality assurance.

Where you come in:

PMO Leadership:

• You will develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.

• You will lead the PMO team in planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.

• You will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.

SQA Oversight:

• You will establish and enforce software quality assurance processes and standards across all software development projects.

• You will lead the SQA team in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

• You will implement continuous improvement initiatives in software development and testing processes.

Project Portfolio Management:

• You will oversee the management of the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• You will provide strategic guidance on project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation.

Risk Management:

• You will identify and assess project and software quality risks, developing mitigation strategies.

• You will ensure the implementation of effective risk management practices within the PMO and SQA functions.

Stakeholder Communication:

• You will communicate project and quality assurance status, issues, and risks to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

• You will foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Resource Management:

• You will manage the allocation of resources within the PMO and SQA teams to optimize productivity and efficiency.

• You will mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Metrics and Reporting:

• You will establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery and software quality.

• You will provide regular reports and updates to leadership on project and quality assurance metrics.

What makes you successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in project management and quality assurance are preferred.

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles overseeing both PMO and SQA functions.

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, software development life cycle, and quality assurance processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software quality assurance tools.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
