Senior OutSystems Tech Lead

The Senior OutSystems Tech Lead will be focused on core development and support of OutSystems web application. As a Tech Lead, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Together with the project team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the client's application. This role will lead a team in OutSystems code reviews, architecture decisions, and the front-end and back-end development process. The ideal candidate is a full stack developer with a proven track record of writing high quality, efficient code using OutSystems, APIs and scripting languages. We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven problem solver to join our growing team. Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead a development team and host technical refinement sessions
• Manage OutSystems config settings
• Oversee and guide the team in the analyzing, building, and deployment of the application
• Deliver clean, functional code on the front- and back-end
• Review the code developed by other team members
• Test and fix bugs or other coding issues
• Use OutSystems Service Studio
• Extend application logic and integration interfaces with custom JavaScript
• Deduce technical logic from business requirements
• Perform visual modeling: setup database structures and relationships, develop application workflows, create application logic, create integration interfaces via web services, create graphical user interface layouts
• Scope story points, estimate development effort, and communicate progress to product managers and team
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate solutions
• Take architectural ownership with respect to design and development of functionality
• Update or build documentation, business processes, work flows, systems architecture, etc
• Follow agile best practices

Requirements MUST HAVES

• Native or Fluent English
• Critical thinking
• Strong team work capabilities
• 4+ years of People management experience
• 4+ years as Tech Lead
• 5+ years using OutSystems
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio and OutSystems lifetime
• Certifications in OutSystems
• 2+ years integrations
• 2+ years using Agile methodology
• Implemented best practices around
