Senior QA Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be the expert in testing projects within the given time frames and meeting the expected quality levels. You will be trained by a team of experienced Quality Assurance Specialists to make sure you will get all the support needed to perform your tasks.

Survey Tester Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related courses.
• Able to comprehend and communicate in English well for proper logging of errors and conversing with counterparts in other regions.
• Must possess strong logical, analytical skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Meticulous and pays strong attention to detail.
• Trainable and adaptable to change.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Willing and able to work flexible shifts including graveyard, weekends and holidays.
• Software testing experience is a big plus.
• Knowledge of programming is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Tests online surveys to catch and log any logic, functional, textual and format mistakes. In general, survey testers are responsible for ensuring the quality of online survey programs by making sure that it matches and works as per the client's questionnaire.
• Close coordination with other team members, survey programmers and/or project managers to ensure quality before the survey programs go live.
• Ensure completion of testing in a given deadline and/or update programmers/PM when initial timeline is not met.
