[1] Your Role: The Search Engine Optimization Writer Team Lead develops Search Engine Optimization and content strategies, helping to grow each client’s business through a variety of SEO strategies. The core function of the job is to develop SEO and content strategies based on a company’s or client’s business objectives and a customer’s or end user’s needs. What you will you do: Lead and manage a team of social media specialists to develop and implement social media strategies. Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns across various platforms. Prioritizing orders in the production queue and assigning them among the team as necessary Addressing team concerns and issues such as attendance-related offenses, shift scheduling, and overall team dynamics Mentoring, teaching, motivating, and continuously giving feedback to new hires Regularly communicating with internal and external clients to provide status updates Monitoring all clients’ Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensuring they are met during every shift Qualifications: At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of creative work. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a design team. Willing to work on night shifting schedule What’s in it for you?
