Role Purpose:

To build, release and maintain software features that deliver business value; collaborating with the Technical Lead to plan and design the solutions, and collaborating with the Delivery Lead, Business Analyst and Quality Assurance roles to ensure the appropriate features are delivered in a timely fashion.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of delivery from idea to operation

• Understand and maintain software quality for features built (Test Driven Development,

• Understand and maintain good engineering practices

• Support the product owner and technical lead in the provisioning of estimates that are at

an appropriate level of fidelity for the phase in the development lifecycle

• Make realistic commitments that you are confident of meeting and strive to do so

• Support the BA in the elaboration of requirements

• Support the QA in identifying, describing and resolving defects

• Languages tools and frameworks:

o Go Lang

o Serverless SST

o AWS Lambda

o DynamoDB

o Git

• Understanding and a good level of competency of good practice in the skills specific to

developing, maintaining and releasing software in a fast-paced, high impacting, Agile

• Able to communicate a complicated problem succinctly, accurately and coherently to a

team with different skill sets

• Problem solving ability and the skill to debug code and migrate solutions

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

• Experience working in a Test-Driven Development (TDD) environment

• Able to work collaboratively, through approaches like pair programming
