Sr. Software QA Engineer

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Software QA Engineer to run tests and make sure products work well. You'll plan tests, find problems, and make sure they're fixed properly in our tracking system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review documents for feedback: Check requirements, specs, and designs promptly.
• Create detailed test plans: Make thorough and well-organized plans and test cases.
• Coordinate testing activities: Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing tasks.
• Develop automation scripts: Use open-source tools to create and maintain automation scripts.
• Track bugs: Identify, document, and monitor bugs carefully.
• Perform various tests: Conduct regression, integration, cross-browser, and compatibility tests as needed.
• Follow up on critical issues: Address important project concerns and propose solutions.
• Mentor junior members: Guide and train less experienced team members.
• Propose improvements: Suggest enhancements for testing processes or workflows.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years in the field, with 3-4 years focused on Automation Testing (Selenium)
• Strong understanding of Software QA methods, tools, and processes.
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in mentoring junior team members.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Azure Dev Ops or Jira.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
